Back by popular demand! We want to show some Olive Love to our vendors featuring olive‑themed goods or olive‑based products. Enjoy a $10.00 discount on your vendor fee as our thank‑you.
Simply describe which of your items are olive‑themed for verification and enter the code OLIVELOVE when registering.
Chamber Member Discount
Retail vendors who are active Chamber Members are eligible for a discounted booth rate.
To receive this benefit, please ensure you register using your Chamber Member status.
Permit Requirements
All vendors are responsible for ensuring they have obtained the appropriate permits prior to participating in the event. Please review the resources below to confirm that your documentation is complete.
Required Permits and Resources
All vendors—excluding nonprofit organizations—must hold a valid California Seller’s Permit.
If you do not yet have one, it can be obtained at no cost through the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration:

Food Service Permits
Food trucks, food pop‑ups, and cottage food operators must secure the required permits through Tehama County Environmental Health.

Vendor Placement Options
Vendors will again have the opportunity to set up on the Car Show side of the park this year.
If you selected this option during registration, no further action is needed. If not, or if you wish to update your placement, please contact the office for assistance.

- Vendor Application Deadline: September 25, 2026 (applications submitted after this date may incur a late fee)

Due to limited on‑site parking at Lennox and Corning Community Parks, off‑site parking will be available all day at the Olive Pit. A shuttle will provide continuous transportation between the Olive Pit and the Corning Community Park bus stop.Parking Information
