Corning Tuesday Night Market - Celebrating Our Hometown Heroes! - 9/2/25

Thanks for your interest in the Corning Tuesday Night Market!
There are two events left in our 4th season, September 2 - “Hometown Heroes” theme and a Touch-A-Truck activity and October 7, the Annual Closing Night Bed Races.
If you know any groups that would be interested in having a racing team (4 people needed) please let us know! (BYOBed)
Arrival and Set-up instructions are sent to all registered vendors the week prior to the Market.
The FIRST STEP is to register online.

Please complete every question, with special attention to the "Detailed Description of Goods."
Listing ALL your items, as this will determine whether we already have a vendor selling those items or not.
ALL vendors selling products, with the exception of non-profit organizations, need to have their CA Seller's Permit, which can quickly and easily be acquired online at no charge:

If everything is good to go, I will call to have you submit your signed vendor agreement and deposit, which is based on your vendor category.
Food vendors also need to submit their Tehama County Environmental Health Permit and $1M Liability Insurance Certificate naming both the Corning Chamber of Commerce AND the City of Corning as Additional Certificate Holders.

- Tehama County Environmental Health Temporary Mobile Food Permit or a Cottage Food Permit, whichever is applicable.
- 1 Million Dollar Liability Insurance Certificate
**Naming BOTH the Corning Chamber of Commerce AND the City of Corning as ADDITIONAL INSUREDS**
- # OF 10X10 spaces OR the total length of your truck & trailer
Non-profit Organizations
- There is NO REFUNDABLE Deposit Requirement for Non-profits

*REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT – This is being instituted as a way to decrease “no shows” and secure vendors’ commitment for the season. As long as you attend on the days you’ve said you will OR, call us with a MINIMUM of 3 days advance notice if you are unable to come, your deposit will not be cashed.
However, if you don’t attend and don’t give a 3-day notice your cash or check will be deposited and you will have to pay another deposit before returning to Market.
DEADLINES for submitting ALL PAPERWORK AND the REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT:
