America's Birthday Parade & Picnic!
The City of Corning Recreation and the Corning Chamber of Commerce invite the community to a new event, “America’s Birthday Parade & Picnic” on Friday, July 3 from 12 - 4PM at Northside Park, 1414 Colusa Street.🏊The July 3rd Community Celebration will include a free Swim Day, with an inflatable water slide, pool party games, including the Corning Fire Dept water polo, lawn games, with cornhole, a beanbag toss and tug o' war, contests with prizes, a picnic, with hot dogs grilled by the Corning Rotary, snow cones, the Irish Cement Band, face painting, and a craft table to make decorations for your bike!
🚴At 2PM we will have a kiddie bike parade (scooters and wheelchairs welcome) which will be led by the Corning Police Department and will travel around the Northside Park block.
🩱Bring your picnic blanket, swimsuits, and your bikes and join us just a wee bit early to Celebrate America's 250th Birthday!
