Celebrate Cinco de Mayo AND the Annual Corning Union HS Fine Art Fair at the Corning Tuesday Night Market, May 5 ~ 5-8PM ~ Solano b/t 3rd & 6th Sts!

The CUHS Fine Art Fair is held inside the Rodgers Theare featuring 2D, thrown and sculptural works.
As well as our own 34+ Makers, Artisans, Farmers, Direct Sellers, and Community Service Organizations!

The Corning Chamber of Commerce and the City of Corning invite you to participate in our 5^th season, a 5-event seasonal market beginning April 7.

I have opened registration for ALL Market dates; please register for EACH Market you plan to attend.

*However, ONLY ONE DEPOSIT per vendor, per season is required, unless you are a no-show. *
It’s OK if your plans change, however, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE, so we can roll-over your deposit!

Registration

This is a first-come, first-served event — NO reserved spaces!
Vendors must register for EACH date they plan to attend, however, ONLY ONE DEPOSIT per vendor, per season is required. Unless you are a no-show, then your deposit will be cashed, and you will need to pay another deposit before returning to the Market.
Online registration is preferred (paper applications accepted if needed.)
Unless you’re a Chamber member, please choose the option on the right, "Not a member? Click here to continue your event registration."
Please complete all questions, especially the detailed list of items for sale or your food menu (used to manage vendor limits.)
Arrival and Set-up instructions are sent to all registered vendors the week prior to the Market. We have special events on some market nights that may change the layout.

Required for Most Vendors

Completed application
Signed vendor agreement
Space size (Number of 10x10 booths or food/farmer truck length)
CA Seller’s Permit (non-profits exempt, provide EIN) ALL vendors selling food or products need to have their CA Seller's Permit, which can quickly and easily be acquired online at no charge: https://www.cdtfa.ca.gov/taxes-and-fees/faqseller.htm

*REFUNDABLE Deposit – Still No Booth Fee!

Deposits are used to reduce no-shows and are rolled over to your next Market date if you call with at least 3 days’ notice if you are unable to attend.
Deposits are returned on your final market day or on Closing Night Oct. 6, 2026.

$25 refundable deposit (cash or check)

Food Vendors

$200 refundable deposit (cash or check)
Tehama County Environmental Health permit (or Cottage Food Permit)
$1 Million Liability Insurance naming Corning Chamber of Commerce & City of Corning as Certificate holders/Additional insureds.

Non-Profits

No deposit required
Federal EIN – Employer Identification Number

Set-Up & Operations

Set-up begins at 4:00 PM after street closure
Market runs 5:00–8:00 PM
Vendors must begin packing by 7:45 PM and be clear promptly after 8:00 PM
Canopy weights are REQUIRED!
Rain or Shine (weather permitting)

Check-In & Layout

Check-in required BEFORE set-up!
Please set-up down the CENTER of Solano, unless otherwise instructed
Layout may vary due to special events
No vendors allowed in the half-block near the Rodgers Theatre (band & dining area)

Promotion
The Market is advertised through social media, press releases, and local media. Vendors are encouraged to share event promotion to help boost attendance.
