DESCRIPTION:On Thursday May 28 from 7:30 - 8:30AM\, the community is invited to our monthly "Corning in the Morning" Networking Opportunity\, open to everyone\, which is much more than just brick 'n mortar businesses.\n\n \n\nThis month it will be held at a special venue\, on the farm at Roby Ranch\, 5670 Keene Road in Corning.\n\nTemma Roby is the featured farmer in the May issue of Enjoy Magazine.\n\nhttps://enjoymagazine.com/2026/04/farm-life/\n\n \n\nAt the start of 2025\, Temma says\, "She and her daughters decided to go all in try everything and figure out what fits. Was it hard? Absolutely. Worth it? Without a doubt.\n\nThat first year included raising chickens\, ducks\, quail\, sheep\, and goats\, attending events and farmers markets\, hosting classes\, running a food pantry\, opening the farm for gatherings\, events and overnights and navigating our very first lambing and kidding seasons.\n\nWe learned more than we ever imagined and found clarity in what we love most about farming."\n\n \n\nHome-based enterprises\, market vendors\, budding entrepreneurs\, just in the idea stage\, all are welcome to join us to connect with community leaders\, business owners\, movers and shakers and learn what everyone is up to and their upcoming plans.  \n\n \n\nLight refreshments will be provided  \n\n \n\nPop in for a few minutes or come for the full hour\, it's up to you.\n\n \n\nBring your business cards and bring a friend.\n\n \n\nInterested in hosting a future CITMorning or Evening? \n\nLet us know\, we'd love to work with you to create an impactful community connection opportunity. 530-824-5550 or info@corningcachamber.org
